A: Yes. There is a ramp from the parking lot into the first floor, and an elevator provides access to the Great Hall on the second floor. The building is ADA compliant.

No overnight parking is permitted.

A: Separate men’s and women’s restrooms are located in the first-floor lobby.

A: A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to reserve your date. Deposits are refundable if we can re-book the date.

A: Final payment is due two weeks before your event.

A: Yes. A Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Sherborn, UUAC at First Parish, and Sherborn Community Center Foundation, Inc. is required. Caterers and bar providers must also carry liability coverage.

A: Yes. A Town House host will be on site during your event to assist with building needs, vendor access, and securing the building at the end of the night.

A: Yes. We welcome any licensed caterer at no additional charge. We also offer a list of Preferred Caterers based on our past experience.

A: We have a warming kitchen with a commercial oven, refrigerator, stainless steel serving table, and sink.

Yes, with a licensed and insured bartender. Additionally, a one-day liquor license from the Town of Sherborn is required.

A: Yes. We provide a selection of round, rectangular, and cocktail tables along with chairs. Linens, dishware, and glassware are not included.

A: Yes, but please avoid nails, staples, or tape on walls and woodwork. Candles must be enclosed in glass. Supply drop-off can usually be arranged up to three days before your event.

A: DJs and live musicians are welcome. All amplified music must end by 11:00 PM per town guidelines.

A: Our team will handle the setup of tables and chairs based on your submitted floor plan. Caterers are responsible for all food service cleanup, and trash must be taken to the designated bins located outside to the left of the building. You are fully responsible for any event décor, including setup and complete removal by the end of your rental.
We kindly ask that the venue be left in the same condition in which you found it—or better—out of respect for the space and the next guests using it.

A: Your rental includes access to the building beginning at your scheduled start time. Unless prior arrangements are made, you must be fully cleaned up and out of the building by the end of your reserved rental time. Please plan accordingly to allow time for both setup and breakdown.

A: Generally, all setup and cleanup must occur within your rental window. If you require early drop-off or next-day pickup, please contact us in advance. Additional time may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.

A: We offer 60” round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables, and a variety of chairs. You’re welcome to mix and match. If you wish to bring in additional furniture or rentals, please let us know in advance.

A: Setup and breakdown are the renter’s responsibility unless you’ve arranged for our building host service. If you are paying for a host, your setup layout must be submitted at least one week in advance.

A: All used areas (inside and outside) must be left in clean condition. Trash and recycling must be taken to the outdoor bins on the left side of the building. Cleaning supplies are available on-site, including dry mops, wet mops, and cleaning spray for tables.

A: Yes, fresh trash bags can be found in the kitchen and the men's restroom closet. Light cleaning supplies (brooms, rags, sprays) are available if needed.

A: Absolutely! You are welcome to use any licensed caterer of your choice. We have a commercial warming kitchen available for food prep, but no cooking is allowed on-site.

A: Yes, we have a projector, microphone, and speaker system. Please request these items in advance.

A: Yes. Live or recorded music is allowed, but please be mindful of noise levels out of respect for our neighbors.
