Additional Information:
Rental pricing includes up to 4 hours of event time. Additional access for setup and cleanup is generally included based on the building schedule and event needs.
A Town House host is provided during scheduled event hours only.
Extra event time may be added at $100/hour.
Weddings include full-day access to the Town House.
Room "switch over" fee (if applicable): $250+.
